We googled booking.com’s customer service number and (888) 750-3774 came up. We called and the man identified himself as Mark (Sr Supervisor at booking.com). He asked us for our booking info; confirmation number, pin, name the reservation was under and last 4 digits of bank card. He then proceeded to tell us that he would be able to issue a refund but would need us to go purchase a prepaid booking.com gift card for $200 and provide him with the numbers on the back. This is when we knew it was a scam. We did not purchase a card, but he did get my 19 yo child’s personal information. He stated his call back number as; (928) 985-1621
