Got a voicemail from a lady saying she was from the larimer county proffer/process servers office , saying they got returned documents sent back to them for a court appearance gave me a case #4082507 NOT A REAL case number . Told me to call the 888 number back and speak to the attorney Alison Clark for further details . I googled the place she said she was from and couldn't find it so I then googled the 888 number and found this scam report . I don't know what these people are up too . But be careful out there and NEVER give out I fo over the phone unless you know it's legitimate.

Just left a detailed voice mail for updated address from attempt to deliver Court Summons 3927793 CR Return Call to Attorney Allison Clark 888-746-0965

I received the exact same voice mail message as this initial post stating they could not deliver a summons to our address however we did not have anyone come to our house.

RECIEVED A CALL LOOKING FOR MY WIFE SAYING THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO REACH HER REGARDING A RETURNED SUMMONS FOR A CIVIL ACTION AND WANTED TO LEAVE ME WITH A CASE NUMBER AND PHONE NUMBER FOR HER TO CALL BACK. THE LADY ON THE PHONE STARTED TO READ OFF THE CASE NUMBER OF 4086 AND I STOPPED HER AND LET HER KNOW THAT IS NOT A LEGITIMATE CASE NUMBER AS I WORK FOR AN ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, SHE STATED "WELL THEN." AND HUNG UP.
