I ordered three bottles of nucific bio-4, the sent 9 bottles.I called customer service and they told me that they do not reimburse for shipping..I told them that it was not my fault that the sent 6 additional bottles in error.They again told me that they don't reimburse for shipping. I paid 34.25 to have the items shipped back to them. I can't afford that. What reputable company doesn't pay for return shipping when it's their fault. I just want my

276.00 dollars refunded and my shipping fees of 34.25 returned to me'
