Newrez, LLC extorted my ESCROW impound money wrongfully when I have provided solid proof that my HOME INSURANCE and PROPERTY TAXES were already paid in full by me. Countless e-mails, faxes, registered mails, phone calls, and still to this day they stand by their WIRE FRAUD and EMBEZZLEMENT by stating that my taxes and home insurance policies costs INCREASED, when in fact, my taxes decreased by virtue of an EXEMPTION in place in perpetuity. Though I have spent tens of hours on the phone explaining the facts of what has transpired, they still relentlessly release ESCROW funds in overpayments, so far in the last year they wrongfully, even after being informed of FULL PAYMENT BY ME, tried to again pay the taxes again. By RESPA ACT they cannot do this, it is unlawful. In addition. even when apprised of the fact my HOME INSURANCE IS PAID BY MYSELF, they still insist on double or triple or quadruple paying this year alone, depleting my ESCROW funds when there is no reason whatsoever for them to again, after full payment, disburse a single penny. They are totally unresponsive, and have retaliatorily 'cut off' almost all of my ability to find out things like ESCROW BALANCE using the phone system, and they block my ability to use their online portal ON PURPOSE, not by accident. My original lender, who was Calibery Home Loans, did not do these things, they were easy to work with and resolve all issues that may arise, but since their acquisition by Newrez LLC dba Shellpoint, LLC, they have 'fired' more than 1500 people who's job it was to maintain accurate and proper, per RESPA ACT accounting of mortgages. In my state there are over 1,000 complaints pending against them for the issues I have cited, and the Dept. of Financial Institutions in Pennsylvania, when contacted about this fraud and embezzlement, said exactly these words; "We do not regulate Newrez...it's not our job" WIRE FRAUD, MAIL FRAUD, EMBEZZLEMENT, and EXTORTION used to be felony crimes in almost every State, but apparently are no longer.
