We called 888-512-1918, and someone name Michael Emerson answered. He said he was going to help us with phone bill charges, but asked us to pay 210.00, so that we could set up payment arrangements. He said once we sent him the money, he would refund the charges. My sister called also and he tried to do the same with her. Once I asked for his ID#, he disconnected the call. We had already given him our credit card info for the payment.
