The scammer stated that I had an outstanding debt form approximately twenty years ago. They were willing to settle at $2,200 will a signwell.com document.

They have several identifying items such as my current address, social security number, and date of birth. They did/do not have my currently legal name.

At first I received a voicemail, stating there was some kind of case against me, this scammer also called all of my children as well. I did not respond. About 2 weeks later, I received a "Computer Generated" text message. Stating they attempted to send me legal papers via the USPS, but were unable to deliver. They proceeded to say, I would be served, such papers , that very day. Also they were going to forward this matter to my Mortgage company. Again, I didn't respond, nor call the phone number they supplied. 888-474-8452.. The text shows it came from, 408-785-1945

One number called and gave me a case number and another to call. I called that number and gave them the case number and they said that i owed JPMorgan/ chase and providian bank 2,516 dollars for a delinquent card account. And if i dont pay the settlement amount of 1,500, ill owe 7498.18. But i called chase to verify but tbey have no knowledge of this and they told me to report it
