I bought a Members Mark 6.5 Quarts Casserole Enameled Cast Iron (item # 322040), it came wit a lifetime warranty. I bought it from SAM’s Warehouse a few years ago, I took it back from where I bought it in Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877. The would not honor the warranty due to it’s not in the system anymore and that I had to call the original manufacture, I asked to speak to the Manager. The Customer Service supervisor told me I had to call the number on the warranty card. I called Members Mark Warranty Service Center, 888-301-0332. They could not help me and transferred me to another service center, I gave them the information and they could not help and told me I had to call the Warranty Service Center. This is a scam!
