I experienced a similar call. I asked if they had my email which was verified and to sent me an email in regards to not canceling my subscription.
I never received any verification from this said company.
When I called the number they gave me they said they never called and I didn’t have an account and literally hung up on me

Scammers told me after a year has passed that because I didn't cancel the trial, which I did not know. It was a trial of their product which was the keto gummy basically candy and it didn't work that I needed to pay $134 so that I could cancel my account that they would delete my account and I would not hear from them again. But I had to pay $134 when I objected to doing so. They then told me I had to pay $90 and I told them no not happening. I am not going to pay anything to these people and he told me that I would be getting product and I told him I better not. I want nothing from them. I did call my credit card company and let them know to be on the lookout for this company and to not pay anything
