I made a purchase online site a code scanner for my semi tractor. I paid $42.98 on April 7 2025, but never received any email about a shipment being sent. I originally checked out as a guest not using the PayPal method because I don't use PayPal, but I was sent an email receipt by them with information about the purchase. It did not have the business name address, or phone number. But it did have a Merchant ID, Invoice #, price paid, and an LLC name (WKSTOPWM LLC) of who got my money.

I can't call email, or get any info to get my money back.
