I got the your computer is locked message contact Microsoft support. I called.he said he had my IP address, had me download text now app, bitcoin depot and Any Desk. After I did that he claimed that my IP address had been used in 5 different countries. He wanted to know how much money I had in my bank and said we had to duplicate the last charge that was on the dark web. I don't have a bank account or money. He started being rude after that and I hung up on him and looked up what happened. I wish I had known before. I was in Facebook and clicked on a celebrities house that had caught fire and they had died. That is how the hacker got me.
