A girl named Danielle that was posing as a process server said she had papers to serve on me. I hung up on her and called back an 877 number she also gave me. The guy that answered said he was a paralegal. there were a lot of red flags (I have worked in law for 45 years). First of all there was not a case number and they could not have been serving me unless a lawsuit was filed and there would have had to be a case number. I checked court connect no cases. Next they did not know how to spell my name. Additionally, they did say my correct social security number but I did not verify it. I told them they were listed as a phishing scam and they hung up.
