The caller said this is Brooke Davis calling about an order submitted to my sisters desk this morning. She said there has been a claim #1289226 filed against my sister and she need to call to verify my address so they can serve papers of something to her home or work. She said to call the firm handling this case at 877-547-7182. Also stating that she has one opportunity to call and that "I" as in my sister has been notified. Same call was placed to my spouse today as well, using both of our names as well as my sister's name as well. With my spouse the lady called over 7 times and got very aggressive in her behavior prompting that she will call the cops on him for not listening to her and not giving her the opportunity to state what she was calling for.
