Same exact email. Had my closing date, loan amount, and lander name. Had a fake "Mortgage ID" to it. Going to try to report to BBB or somewhere else as well.

Sent me a card in the mail with my closing and mortgage information saying that the mortgage company couldn’t get a hold of me. They said to call this number 1-877-505-0473.

They sent me a mail with my mortgage lendar name. The insides state "We have been attempting to contact you regarding a matter of importance" and 1-877-505-0473 is asked to be reached.

I called them and they provided correct information of my mortgage and then started asking questions like age, which is when I got suspicious and started digging around internet and found this website. I wanted to contribute and here is my experience.

Mailer showed up with Lender: Secretary of Veterans Affairs on the envelope. Inside of the mailer had VA closing date, loan amount, county, "lender name", my name, and mortgage number, all publically available. The wording stated my name and thelat they have been attemping to contact me regarding a matter of importance.

We got the same thing in the mail. The name of our mortgage lender and our info is the only difference in the letters.
