I was called by a "William-Smith Law Firm". They said there was a judgement against me. Tried to get my credit card information. When i asked where they were located, they wouldnt give me any information. They knew the last 4 digits of my social security number. I told them i was contacting the BBB. They then put me on hold. I hung up.
