Amanda stated they are going to file a lawsuit, however it that hasn’t been filed yet… and they are attempting service, to reference the docket number and call
###-###-#### immediately to avoid a Motion for Summary Judgment being filed.
(If a lawsuit hasn’t been filed… how do they a docket number?)
I called the number above spoke with Annilse, gave her docket number, all the info she gave to me in response to the docket number was incorrect, the last name and date of birth, however when I proceeded to ask more questions Annilse got “angry” and proceeded tell me that if this isn’t the correct person why am I worried and asking questions?? I asked her how did she get my cell number? She stated it was given to them per their paperwork. I proceeded to tell her I recorded the conversation and have the previous voice message saved as well, I will report them to ScamPulse.com - she continued to raise her voice and I raised mine as well - I told her to stop harassing me - she proceeded to yell at me and we were disconnected.
I am reporting this so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I am also contacting the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office as well.
