It is imperative that you or your attorney return this call to avoid any pending litigation. Failure to respond will result in legal action being taken against you. You can contact our offices today at 833-251-7271 or press 5 to be transferred to the next available legal associate. Thank you.

And they are so stupid that they don't realize if I am going to get served papers or legal action against me, they won't call me and tell me they are coming to my work or blah blah blah, they just show up. I have had to serve documents for friends and I don't call the other party up and tell them its happening. So sick of this world today. SCAMMER

Voice message left stating there has been a formal complaint filed on my name and Social Security number and they are informing me that I need to contact them or my lawyer should to stop the process. Call back number is 833-251-7271 not the number they call from which was 866-675-8510 which came up on my phone as potential spam.

Although I've blocked this scammer several times they call back leaving a recorded message asking me to call a different number than the one they called from. They are also using my maiden name from 13+yrs ago. The company they say they are from is Parker civil Processing. They state its imperative that I myself or my attorney reach out to avoid legal action. The last number I blocked was 888-675-8510 but the ask me to call 833-251-7271.
