My name recent loan amount county are listed w a fake closing date lender name: confidential removed for privacy adressed to my first name w my last name and a mortgage id number. Trying to reach you re important matter w your mortgage. Call number given mortgage service center

I received a similar letter at the same time I received a postcard with no sender information and a different phone number: 844-748-0401. In tiny print at the bottom of the postcard: All information provided by LeadPros: 833-454-2764. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by *** ****** *****.

I was very skeptical since I know my credit union knows how to reach me, so I did not respond. However, at first glance receiving these notices did alarm me. I suspect others might fall victim to these tactics. I’m glad ScamPulse.com had this notice posted. Thank you.
