Trying to scare people in to paying money in the premise they can avoid being sued by taking care of money allegedly owed. Avoiding having fictional process server show up at their home.

Claims there was some letter sent to me regarding some kind of legal claim against me and they're going to take some legal action unless I contact them. I did not speak to them I do not answer my phone if I don't know the number I just listen to the voicemail message.

They left the following message “ Yes, hello this is Steve Robertson Independently The national Professional Process servers For the phone call as we are scheduled to deliver certified documents Today Tomorrow between yeah 2 PM and 6 PM Reason for the call is the documents you require the signature forms Over the age of 18 I was just calling to verify Will be available between these hours Paperwork If these hours do not work for you, or if you have any questions, please contact the issuing agencies office They can be reached at 8 6 6 6 1 7 5 2 1 8 6 6 6 1 7 5 2 1 5 Thank you”. Causing distress and extreme anxiety.

They called claiming to be a process server and that one of my credit cards was suing me for an unpaid bill
