I bought an emergency car pack over the internet. I look at my bank account and they charged me for both the car pack and 68 dollars for a drawing I never gave consent to do this. When I talked to them they could only give 20 dollars of it back. I pointed out how I did not consent, and they wouldn't budge. They did refund the 20 but the 57+ still remains an issue.
