Sent a threatening statement that if the debtor did not pay $98.00 to the collector, then legal action will follow after the deadline for no purchase that was ever made or requested. It's a scam. If you look up the company's address, it's a house in Corona Del Mar, and the CA UCC Statement Service address where you send the check is the address to a UPS store.
