My daughter received a call asking her if she had contact information for me from somebody named Bianca who had a reference number for me from Davis Mediation. My daughter didn't give her info but told me and I contacted them. I asked for Bianca but was not able to speak to her directly. They put me through to a Heidi Ross instead who said I owe money to Wachovia Bank, now Wells Fargo that I used over 10 years ago, and in order to avoid having to go to court $1282 needed to be paid. I was scared and under distress so I gave her my debit card info and signed an online payment authorization form on Dropbox. After I signed it I talked to several people and a friend who is an actual paralegal that tried to get info on Davis Law Group. She couldn't find any information on either and advised me to contact my bank. I did, and told them my situation. They immediately told me it was a scam. They cancelled my debit card and blocked any withdrawals from them. After that, is when I was called several times by a Heather Mason and Manuel Rivera that stated I would be served papers for a civil case if payments weren't made by the end of this month ( June 2024). The phone numbers that they called from is... 1-866-402-0304. 1-323-417-1132. 1-919-535-5267. 1-866-268-2152. 1-984-315-2256. Everyone that has called from these numbers have stated they are paralegals or Attorneys from Davis Mediation or Davis Law Group in California. I live in North Carolina. They are all very articulate and speak very good English. Not the typical foreign sounding individuals, which originally made me feel it was legit.

I received a phone call asking for my daughter and the woman says there was a complaint being found against her at the Cochise County Court and to call back 866-268-2152 the original phone call was from 623 -309 -5277 and they gave me a docket number of 1629676. From looking at the web it looks like this is a very documented number that keeps calling people I hope something is done with this company or person thank you

Scammer name given - Caller on phone only insists wanted to talk to my mom. I responded I was her daughter and asked for me to leave a message with her. There was civil complaint against her out of Cameron county was trying to contact her. Gave me a case number 1606134 and advised she needed to call in to approve me on the account. I asked for a direct phone number, they advised of the 866-268-2152 / but used phone number 956-591-7207 to call my phone. I’m I could not find a number to correspond to any numbers provided online. Phone number is suspected of spam.
