Called with urgency 5 times now, leaving voice mails that my account is past due of the agreement and actions will be taken. (I have no account outstanding and do not know the company)

I received a voicemail from a Mr. Gonzalez with RFS that they where looking to speak with me and my account was flagged for immediate review due to past due balance and there was time to still resolve this matter amicably. I was then given the number 858-326-0646 to call back. I have received these calls over 15 times, I finally answered to get more information. When I asked they said I had a Ford Fusion. However i have never owned one. When I told him that they said he looked at the wrong thing. when I asked for more information the guy became upset and raised his voice to me then he hung up. I called back and was hung-up on again. The 2nd time I called back when asking the guy for name and license number he became upset and said the ScamPulse.com was just yelp and gave me 2680150 as the number. I told him I was contacting police and this sounded like a scam. He yelled that I will be served and can deal with the courts.

RFS refuses to stop calling me. They are trying to get me to accept a loan. Of which I do not want. I get multiple calls a day. I have spoken to them to stop calling me.
