They called saying that a process server was trying to schedule a time to deliver papers for a Bank of American lawsuit. The initial caller used phone #832-261-8807 (Seabrook, TX). They gave me another number to call. The 2nd number is 855-875-4182. He, Mark Davidson, gave me a case #24069901 for BofA account #5043822605200901. I have never had a Bank of America account with this account number. I went home to check my papers. He did recite the last 4 digits of my social security number.
