I did not click on any links. I do not have an account with Verizon Wireless, and haven't had an account with them for 3 + years. It seems odd that a collection agency's first point of contact would be a text. If they were legitimately trying to collect for Verizon, then Verizon would have provided my home address, my email, and probably my home phone too and not just my cell #
