Promised car warranty for 7 years. Was to receive the contract within 2 days. Cannot reach the customer service department to actually speak with the company. The put me on hold indefinitely with no response. They took $395 by credit card to begin the service but didn’t get any other response from them. The promised contract was never received. The contract was for an additional monthly payment of $327 for 15 months.
