Got a call from them stating that it was intened for my mother and they received a formal complaint and her name and social were attached as a respondent. They state that they need her to call them back immediately at 855-449-5025 or she can speak to an agent.

He said that he was trying to collect debts that I owed from 2005-2017. He stated that one was a **** *** loan from 2005 and I owed 1003.58 and the other was from ****** **** ******** 2017 and I owed 1516.00. So I explained that I did not owe anyone. He insisted that I owed these debts and I said to him if that was true than why after all these years I'm being contacted now? He stated that there are no statue of limitations, I told him that's not true. I than asked him where did he say he was calling from and his name? He said Department of Legal Services and his name was Bryant ****. He had my name,address,social security number and phone#. He threaten to take me to court if I didn't want to resolve the matter, I replied take me to court. He left me a voicemail message from#*********6,but I talked to him on phone#***-**-****5.
