Received a call from Att stating my bill was unpaid and if not settled asap it would result in additional charges. I am on auto pay and the bill is charged to my cc on the 3rd of the month. This a scam and public ought to be made aware of.

Last week I made a report to ScamPulse.com of another scam from Att. It’s time action is taken against these scams

ATT promised to give us a 25% discount on our bill as long as my wife was a licensed nurse, but was told she needed to be working. Their website stated a nurse just needed to have an active license which she does. I had two people from their help line 855-419-7365 tell me it was correct and to send a copy of her License. I spent hours on the phone trying to straighten out this conflict. I was told we purchased this service through a third party (Costco) and am very disappointed in them also and I believe people should be warned of this “Scam”
