Self service car wash. Has credit card swipe to start the machines except half of them do not work or even dispense water. Once started the machine does not allow you to cancel the transaction for 30 seconds. After which you are charged $3 even if the machine does not work. Initial statement on credit card will read an amount like $6 or $10 when pending. Once the charge goes through the amount jumps drastically. I was to be charged $6 for no service rendered after the transaction went through the charge was $20 for no services. No attendants are ever on duty, no one answers the phone, and the "voicemail box is full".
