On the Delta Airlines website we were having trouble with applying one of two credits, after our frustration, we pressed on the help button and the call was intercepted by an agent that claimed to represent Delta Airlines. After booking our flight we gave him the extra amount due. It looked suspicious when we looked at our credit card account. $160 was charged by Delta and $616 by PCM Travels. We called them back and told the these charges were excessive and we want to cancel the transaction. They told us we agreed to the charges and would not cancel. This was a call center from India and we could hardly understand what he was saying. After talking to him for a good length of time and getting nowhere, we asked to talk to a supervisor. We repeatedly asked the first agent and the supervisor if they were from Delta Airlines and they said they represented Delta. We went to the airport and talked to a Delta agent in person and they told us that Delta never uses third party agents on their websites. So we were scammed and contacted our bank to do a dispute. The agent from PCM travels called us back and told us if we disputed the charge the would cancel our ticket and we would loose our previous credit. We called the Delta fraud line and asked them to contact us if anyone tried to cancel our tickets. We are assured by Delta that our flight would be valid, but I'm not sure we can re-coop our credit card amount to this fraudulent business
