Ordered flowers for a funeral on a Tuesday, service on Friday from a co claiming family owned, local, over 25 years in business. Since I’m out of town from location of serv and I’m not on Facebook so did not check reviews that I should have. However, that is no excuse for what they did. On Friday of the service the flowers were not there, so I had to step out and call them. After being hung up on then finally questioning the whereabouts of the flowers. I was told they were on the way. When the flowers arrived, I was mortified, embarrassed beyond belief at what they brought. It was NOTHING at all close to what the picture showed that I had ordered. Plus I had upgraded the version of the flowers that I saw online to what they called a premium version. I could have gone to a grocery store and bought 100 times better than what they pawned off on me. The flowers that were in the container were laying over with dry root balls just laying over. I wish that ScamPulse.com could put some kind of information somewhere in the vicinity of their website showing what kind of people they are and people could avoid these scammers. I cannot stress strongly enough to not have anything to do with Ruth’s Roses. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
