I got a call yesterday about a disconnection notice. Asking me for 2000 dollars specifically but it has to be cash. I went to the bank and was supposed to go to walgreens, but they sent me to a kiosk. I got it put in, and now i am being requested for 3000 dollars. I confirmed with ameren and they confirmed we are not in a disconnect.

Pretending to be from Ameren and said they shutting off power in 2 hours if a cash payment was not made then directed us to a Walgreens or a CVS to make payment
