Called from "ANA" regarding documents sent to me out of Colorado County. Called from 979-921-6495 then left a different number on my voicemail 844-525-4999. Stated he was calling from ANA in the "document processing department" regarding a claim filed out of Colorado county and left a reference number.
I called back and the person answered with, "reference number please", which I gave to her. She rattled off four numbers asking if it was the correct last four of my SS#. Of course not. Then spit out my cell number. I said "your caller ID can confirm that". They spat out another 4 numbers, no where close to my SS#. I then informed them that if they wouldn't be able to tell me what this regarding they needed to hang and stop calling. (7 calls in 2 days) until they got their information together. The woman hung up.

Next day, a gentleman called me from the same place. Spiel was identical. I asked him for his name, he said Joe. I asked his last name. He asked why. I told him that I wanted the correct information of the company and person I was speaking with so it would be correct when I report it to the cybercrimes division at the police department. He hung up immediately.

*My daughter in law works as criminal investigator for the district attorneys office and my son is a Captain at the Police dept. If I had as much as an unpaid parking ticket, I would know.*
I am so tired of scammers. But letting them know that I'm not ignorant and they picked the wrong person is so satisfying.

This company called myself and my husband and left the exact same voicemail about an urgent matter out of Thompson Wyndham County. They left a case number and a phone number to call back which was 844-525-4999. I answered the second time they called and spoke to the gentleman telling him that I would relay the information to her/ the person they were calling just to get more information from them. I want to remind you they first gave my ex husbands lastname then corrected themselves to the "correct" last name the believe and appologized. That's when the case number and phone number was provided to me from "documents and processing" to follow up on documents they claim werw sent to me... I have NEVER receieved documents. I then called the phone number back just to see what additional information they would peovide. A female answered on the first ring and all she could say is "your case number?" and I gave her the case number the previous caller gave me. Then a couple moments later, she came back and said "oh this is for *****" (I couldnt understand her) and then she gave a name and repeated four numbers asking if they were the last four of my social. I told her that I was not providing any of that information. That is when she said "I will mark this as a refusal and you'll receive paperwork to appear within 30 to 45 business days goodbye" and then she hung up the phone.

As I mentioned this same person also called my husband and he had me listen to the voicemail and it was the exact same information as mentioned above.

I asked them to stop calling myself and any other number they had assosiated with me. I still do not know what it was "actually about" becuase I couldnt understand the words and they could only say they had recieved my information and just reach out to paries to resolve diaputes to avoid legal complications.

I have blocked the number they called from but it seems they call from various phone numbers. This particular call was from 774-492-5433. I was also able to text this number so that leads me to believe it is no an actual "business number". Please stop calling myself and any other number you have associated with my name. It is becoming harassment and goes against my consumer rights.
