Then had me to add and remove different amount ie $489, $690 while in my cash app and app cash there were other accounts to, I was asked to add two names and #’s to my contacts Ben Apple and Harris ( this one he asked me to delete). I was asked to remove my debit card number info and replace it with a different number, exp date and three digit code (green dot card) he put me on hold and then came back and told me to put my debit information back and remove the information he had given me. Then while in cash app he went into bitcoin tried to buy bitcoin and took $12 which was in my bitcoin account. There were several failed charge attempts showing on my cash app and Apple Cash accounts. Since those charges were failing this person said whatever he was attempting to do wasn’t working and he instructed me to go to Walmart and purchase an Apple digital card and tell them I wanted to add $500 but not to say the reason why. He said he would remain on the phone the whole time while I’m in Walmart. I finally looked at my online bank account and realized that $489 and $691 had been removed from my account at this time I hung up and call my bank and was informed this was a hacker. While on the phone with the bank fraud department the hacker made several attempts to call me back. In conclusion, I have filed fraud claims with Navy Federal Credit Union, Cash App, Apple Pay (NFCU) and Federal Trade Commission (Ref#187137551) to no avail all have denied my claim because I allowed access. I have disputed these denials and submitted documentation of the text, call logs, and money transactions everything. This has caused a tremendous financial hardship as I am living on disability and no other income. Any assistance to recover my funds would be greatly appreciated. You time regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.
