I received a call from an "unknown" number that left a voicemail. Same person immediately called my husband's phone with the same message. Stacy from SDP called with a specific case number and they are trying to verify my information for documents that need to be signed. Provided a case number to reference when I call back and ended the call with "you have been notified" I called my local clerk of courts and there is no matching case number on this and she advised that their process servers will never call. She advised that this is a scam and there are several like that going around.

Received call from UNKNOWN or UNIDENTIFIED NUMBER, PERSON NAMES STACY FROM SDP ATTEMPTS WILL BE MADE TO DELIVED CERTIFIED DELIVERY DOCUMENTS. GAVE CASE NUMBER, SAID THIS IS A TIME SENSITIVE MATTER AND THAT I HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. ATTEMPTS WILL BE MADE TO DELIVER LEGAL DOCUMENTS. GAVE CASE #. FAILING TO CONTACT THE FIRM MAY RESULT IN A FAILURE TO APPEAR BEING ISSUED IN YOUR NAME.

Chantelle called stating she had legal documents for me and my mother that needed to be signed. Tried calling my sister and grandparents to get info about me. I received the call too but didn’t answer.
