I received 4 calls in the past week from a company called SDP stating that they need to speak to me cause they are trying to serve me with legal documents that need my signature. I saved the voicemails that were left for me to keep in my records.

I initially received a call from an unknown number that stated a constable or sheriff would be delivering documentation for me to sign for, pertaining to a civil lawsuit and that I am in danger of being arrested if I did not contact Waverly & Associates immediately. I told them to feel free to send the constable or sheriff to my home, knowing full well this was a scam. I amplified my statement by telling them to ensure the vehicle arrives on my property in a properly marked government vehicle. I asked for the number to the law firm and they replied with a case number and phone number to the business. I immediately called and spoke to a Joseph who thought he had a information that would be persuasive in obtaining an immediate payment to settle the "case". These scammers are using SPOKEO or INTELIUS to collect legitimate information on the people they are calling so they seem more legitimate. Do not under any circumstances, pay anything to this false business.
