S-erg landscape was hired to start our lawn for the project we hired them for 6/15/23. It was to clean out weeds & grass from front & back yard, front yard was to be rock & back was to be seeded for new grass & both were to have gopher wire & weed protected sheet. June 15,2023 Clista & a male person come to my home 1 1/2 hours late to start. I started to ask if she was going to be late the last 2 days of the project and if it was just going to be her and the man she came with she started to tell me her husband left her (Sergio) i went on to tell her that it was not my concern or problem. She started getting defensive so i asked if i can have my money back she said yes she told me she can send it back to me in the invoice that she send me i told i want cash because was not sure if i would get it back though the way i send it so I told her my husband would follow her my husband to proceeded to follow her she got on the lane for the freeway. Parked next to her vehicle to get on freeway my husband started to get on freeway and she took off straight to loose my husband and thats what she did he lost sight her. I will be sending video of our conversation from 6/15/23. If you need anything else please fill free to call me.
