Victor Falla came to my residence acting as a legal council for the owner of the property. They attempted to skip the eviction process because the owner owes me for tree removal among other things. So we have a current legal proceedings between the owner not a builder. And the builder just created the LLC while we been living there to avoid going through a eviction court. He threatened to turn off utilities and the police had to intervene . He was told the OWNER of the property needed to file the paperwork. I already contacted the Attorney General Office about him forming a LLC at a Homestead property that he never stepped foot on before. He hasnt done any work at this property. I had told him i was filing a lien against him and the owner of the property so in retaliation he was attempting to turn off my water but the police told him he could not do that. This guy doesnt seem to know anything about building or being a builder either because he came out here after we been here since last year taking care of the lawn maintence then this year started working on the inside of the house after the hurricane. Its like he wants to claim money for work he never did. I have the workers here on this end and he said he was a one man builder. He hasnt ever even stepped foot over here one time with a mower or weedeater. The guy is a scammer. He tried to take credit for a $2000 trees renoval it was 2 big trees that fell and we removed them and cleaned the area up through 2 natural disasters . HE , Him , his company nor the land owner NONE of them came to help clean up the mess and they owe us money for supplies & labor. Thats why im filing a lien against them.
