Someone named Lisa texted me. She stated I could work from home for JW Marriott Bonvoy. If I wanted more information, I should text her back. I called Marriott Bonvoy rather than respond to her text. Marriott customer service assured me that they never send out a text soliciting people for a job offer. I reported the incident to the FTC. In addition, I blocked her phone number and reported the incident to my phone company carrier by marking it as spam. There were several red flags. Lisa never mentioned me by name. I never applied to Marriott for a job.
