They are harassing my mother looking for me on her telephone along with contacting me on my cell phone which I have blocked number they keep telling my mom they have a legal matter with me and they will issue papers on me with the Vance County court when you ask them where they are calling from they want to say then they will give a fake name such as Shawn Davis with a foreign accent. They have the last 4 of my social and I am unsure how my information was breached.

I received several emails and phone calls, claiming that I had a action against me in Franklin nc.But they didn’t used my proper name

Same here they keep calling my number along with my mother's telephone number and stating they have an action against me in the Vance Court house.
