After purchasing I received tracking, I tracked the package for a month in which it was bounced from 1 "sorting facility" to another so it says. After using the contact info provided from my order confirmation to start a refund I went back to look at the tracking again in which it was suddenly changed to Order Delivered. I havent received anything and am not getting any responses back from my email. I sent one about 2 weeks ago and got a response very quickly asking to be patient. I havent gotten an response from the 2 I've sent them today. I looked at reviews and others are having the exact same issue.
