Looking over my email and saw one by Norton Life Lock that I opened to read. Claimed to protect all credit cards and bank account. Next thing I know I am being charged $499.99 for their service. Called and spent 20 minutes on phone going thru intricate procedure to undo the charges. Finally brought me to my bank to cancel online only. Got suspicious after being told I must act quickly to have money returned to me. Went personally to bank and no withdrawal. Seemed very sleazy.
