I recd a vmx at 521pm from the phone number I gave you . Sounded EXACTLY like Spectrum would if you called in to get tech help, etc. It told me to call back using the "number on my caller ID". I did. It went RIGHT into my vmx, playing their message again. So now they know my phine # is active. I called spectrum and she said that this is a scam. UGH.
