I got a text message from what I thought was Apple about my account and said that I needed to call the above number so I called the number. Someone answered saying they were from Apple, and this person proceeded to and I fell for him having me download an app called control, and then he proceeded to give me a number to put in a box and all of a sudden he was in my phone going from place to place. He told me he was going to debit $120 out of my checking account that he had me login myself all along. I’m thinking it’s Apple And he took out $120 and said that it would be reapplied immediately. I find out later that it was not. I got to thinking about the whole situation. I called Apple myself at the Apple customer service number and talked to Apple and they told me that no ma’am they never ever would have me download an app nor would they go through my phone Either!!!!! I am so angry that I do not know what to do…. I went to my bank closed my checking account reopened another one and I am changing all my passwords to everything especially Apple.
