Scammer approached victim with a truck of asphalt and offered to pave the driveway as far as it would go. He charged more than victim understood the price to be. Then he said for $2,000 more he would finish the driveway. Victim paid all the cash, then the scammer said he was going to get more asphalt. He never came back and won't answer phone calls or texts. The scammers included two men ( late 30s or 40s) and a kid that could be a minor
