Bought two softball bats in March 2020, they debited the money immediately from my account and showed a tracking number from China, but never delivered the product and did not help to either get the product or refund money--all responses were diversionary in nature, blaming and shipping delays on Coronavirus, and asking for order information and identification info as if they were investigating, but they did not. Recommend extreme caution in purchasing from this website.

I purchased two bownet commander gear bags through this company. I looked at their website. Nothing stated it was a china company.

I placed the order 3/16/20. On 3/18/20 i contacted asking the status. Money was taken from my CC but no email stating shipping information. No response. Then on 3/20/20 i get a response with a tracking number stating it was in route. but shipping from China. I hit the roof and explained to them this wasn't acceptable. Because no where on their site of when placing order states it would come from over seas. Matter of fact shipping stated 5-10 days.

I have contacted these guys over and over over and over. They keep telling me due to Covid its taking longer. They state i will get my order i have to be patient. I have asked several time for my money back. They tell me its in route and they can't refund. its been 2 months.

CAN you please HELP me?
