Called family member attempting to be financial company for a loan for vehicle. The caller gave the wrong date of the payment due and wrong amount for monthly payments and wrong date of last payment. Asked for $1000.00 which is the wrong amount of monthly payment. They said that payment was due on the vehicle which is incorrect. All monthly payments have been made on the vehicle. Called the financial company, they checked my account and said everything is current. The correct financial company said they could track calls regarding the account because they are recorded and kept on file...no phone calls regarding my account have been made from GMC Financial.
