The scammer sent a letter deceptively impersonating Santa Clara County, with a header in large capital letters: DISTRAINT WARRANT. In fact they were not from Santa Clara County, but rather just a firm trying to offer services in fighting an assessment of Santa Clara County. The letter was clearly deceptive.
