I received a letter with no company name, address or other identification. Letter to inform me that the home warranty on my property was or has expired...Contact this office within 21 days. Gives overall impression that this directly impacts my mortgage and lists the mortgage company name.

Home Warranty Scam - Predatory Tactics

Aggressively targeting seniors. “Final Notice” … this is a “FINAL ATTEMPT”. “Warranty may be or is expired”… and sharing mortgage company name makes it look like it is directly related to the bank. Until you see the small print “… not affiliated with the mortgage holder.” Called the number and they were extremely rude! No website to validate them. No BBB listing. Would post pictures of the letters but too much PII.
