I was on a post office site in Cape Coral Florida to find lost mail. When it asked me to fill out a form. The next few days I got a charge on my credit card for Just answer. Com. It was pending so I had to wait until it went through pending then I got another charge got justanswer. The first charge was April 10, 2025 the next was May 7,2025. Discover had to stop my card and is sending new one. I finally found a number to call Justanswer and they could not find my account. Yet they charged me. Then they wanted more info. I hung up and called my credit company and now doing an online report. All my credit services are frozen and were frozen before this scam. They have a website and say they are bbb accredited. I can’t find them on your site

I don’t know how they got my credit card number for some kind of membership for answering a question.

Charged me for 2 months $46.00 a month . I have not authorized or filled out any kind of form for any kind of membership ?

Online tech help resulted in membership fee charged monthly. Contact with company via phone to request cancellation is ignored.

I was looking for information about how to clean my LG washer. I looked under LG and assumed that the info under LG would be approved technicians--wrong. The first name listed was "ASKANEXPERTONLINE". This website said that for $1 they would answer my question. Foolishly, I gave my credit card#, paid the dollar & up pops the info that I was charged $55 for info I had not received. I tried to get out of it, but too late. I have reported this to LLBean Mastercard, who cut off my card for about a month. I called the company to complain & they said they would cancel the subscription of $55 monthly for no service whatever. February 11, as soon as my card was reinstated, up pops the charge. I can certainly call them again, but this is deception and money stolen by the month.
