An individual who identified themselves as Alvin Nicolas contacted me via text message trying to get me to give up ownership of a trademark that I have. They presented themselves as a paralegal from the Right-Trademark company and insisted that they had a client who was about to take over or challenge my trademark registration. A series of texts continued into the next day with them pressuring/harassing me to agree to give up my rights of ownership. They forewarned that I would receive a cease-and-desist letter from the USPTO. Multiple times they kept pressuring me and trying to get me to confirm and agree to grant the rights of ownership to this opposition party. I kept screenshots of all correspondences with this individual.
